Controller and scope
COVERCO BRANDS, SL is the controller of personal data collected through SemanalClásico and Life in Classic. This policy covers browsing, enquiries and event or club submissions.
Information, purposes and legal grounds
- Browsing and security: server logs may contain your IP address, time, requested URL and browser information, used to deliver the website, prevent abuse and investigate faults. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
- Enquiries and advertising: we use the information you provide to respond. The basis is taking requested steps before a contract where you enquire about a service, or our legitimate interest in responding to other communications.
- Reader submissions: we use your name, email and submitted content to review and manage your proposal, based on the consent given in the form. Sender contact details are not displayed publicly. Information explicitly supplied for a public listing, such as a club’s public email or telephone, may be published after approval. Do not submit others’ personal information without permission.
- External media: third-party videos and embeds load only with consent. Their providers may receive your IP address, device and browsing information and use their own cookies.
Submitting a proposal does not subscribe you to newsletters or authorise email marketing. No audience analytics or personalised advertising is currently active. We do not make automated decisions producing legal effects about you.
Service providers and international transfers
Hosting and maintenance providers may access the information needed to provide their services. Hosting uses OVHcloud infrastructure. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell your contact details.
If you allow YouTube or other third-party media, providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their own terms and safeguards. Read the Google/YouTube privacy policy. Keeping external media disabled avoids those embedded connections. Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own policies.
Retention
Enquiries and private submission details are retained as needed to handle them, resolve issues and meet applicable legal responsibilities. Approved content may remain in our editorial archive while it has informational value. We review the need to keep personal data and handle erasure requests subject to legal obligations and freedom of information. Cookie preferences last 180 days unless changed or deleted earlier. Technical logs are retained according to service security needs.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing, by emailing [email protected]. We only request further identification if necessary. We respond within the legal deadline, normally one month. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent supervisory authority.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to withdraw permission for external videos. Include the listing URL when requesting removal of personal data. Do not include sensitive information or children’s personal data in submissions.
Optional analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits, popular pages and interactions. We do not load Google Analytics or send measurements before you accept Analytics. Personalised advertising and Google Signals are disabled in our tag.
First-party _ga and _ga_* cookies last up to six months. You can reject or withdraw consent in Cookie settings; measurement stops and these browser cookies are removed. We do not send form contact details or page URL query parameters.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. See also Google Analytics privacy information. Consent preferences are stored for six months.
GA4 retention is configured to two months for event data and fourteen months for user data, resetting on new activity. These periods differ from cookie lifetimes and do not apply to standard aggregated reports.
